Zaddy Solutions is searching for a Director of Regulatory Compliance (NERC). This role can be onsite or remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and strategic direction of the NERC compliance program.
- Develop and implement tools, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance with NERC GO/GOP and TO standards.
- Lead and manage a compliance team to meet regulatory requirements, including audits, certifications, evidence preparation, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor evolving Reliability Standards, assess impacts, and ensure readiness for new/modified requirements.
- Set program goals, manage budgets, and track key performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks while fostering awareness and training across the fleet.
- Build relationships with industry associations, regulators, and internal stakeholders to support compliance and business objectives.
- Integrate tools and processes for efficient compliance monitoring and documentation.
- Support NERC-CIP program implementation in collaboration with the security team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in management, including 5+ years leading NERC compliance programs.
- Skills: Expertise in compliance program design, risk mitigation, and internal controls; strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills; proficiency in relevant software.
- Knowledge: Extensive understanding of power generation operations and NERC standards (GO/GOP and TO).
- Ability to travel as required.
